I wanted to push my physique to the very best i absolutely can and push myself even further to the sport of Bodybuilding. I knew that i would need a top level coach to get me there, to get me to do great things. I knew i was meant for Mens Physique, my build and genetics were meant for this sport! Coach Jeremy’s top notch coaching is beyond another level and worlds apart from some of the coaching i got from the past. The level of love and commitment he has for the sport shows in his coaching. He truly loves helping and coaching others to be better than they were and help what ever fitness goals they want to achieve. Theres tons of coaches out there that just do it for the money and not care about there athletes or clients. But Coach J is truly sincere and loves what he does and absolutely works just as hard coaching others. Ive been coached by him for almost a year now through my off season and my second show prep and the knowledge and progress I’ve made were insane! He will keep you on track, accountable, and making sure you are doing the right things. He doesn’t waste time specially his or yours. He gets right to the point and tells you the absolute truth of the hard work that needs to be done to achieve your goals. Our last show we prepped for he was so precise with food and the type pf training i had. Everything was so on point down to every detail. And guess what we crushed that show and I took 1st in Open and took 1st in the Overall. So if you guys are serious and really want to put in the hard work and dedication to meet your fitness goals.. Jeremy has been my coach for a few years now and I wouldn’t want any other person to help me reach my goals. He believed in me from day one and if you give him 100%, he will give you 110%. He truly wants to help you reach your fitness goals. My goal was to become an IFBB Pro and we finally accomplished that this past year. I remember when I was an amateur, he told me that my conditioning was better than some pros. That boosted my confidence. You want that in a coach. Someone who encourages and makes you believe in yourself. Not only did I find a good coach, I got a good friend out of the process. I cannot thank him enough for how far he has brought me in my fitness journey and I’m excited to see how the 2017 season will turn out as he will be coaching me for my pro debut. Jeremy Buendia is one of the most knowledgeable coaches in the game. I worked with Jeremy in 2015 as we prepped for NPC Nationals. I told him my goal for that year was to earn my IFBB Pro status. By having Jeremy in my corner I can honestly say he wanted me to win, just as much as I wanted to win. Being that we were on opposite sides of the country communication was never an issue, he was always available. Keeping my muscle mass while being able to shred me down brought us a winning physique. Ultimately earning my pro status at my very first National show, NPC Jr USAs! I may have never reached this goal without him keeping me on point. If anyone is serious about being their best, why not work with the best?!

Chris Kakouras

I was around 175lbs right before coach @jeremy_buendia started coaching me and now on the right at 191lbs almost a year of him coaching me. I’ve learned a lot from what type of food to eat when to eat and how much to eat of what days. I learned more ways to intensify training more and more switching things up so I didn’t plateau. I learned the proper way to maximize supplements in my daily regimen. I learned the importance of sleep and rest. When all these variables are put together and used in maximum effort you get maximum results. And then you put a high level coach on top of that, that keeps constant track of you making sure you are doing everything down to the T. At the same time making you responsible and accountable for your actions. He’s taught me that discipline and consistency is the key. And most of all I’ve gained ample amount of confidence in myself for this sport. I have the rest of the year to train my ass off! And I guarantee you guys out there next year I’ll be in a whole new different level!
